The attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable beds to the delicious homemade breakfast. Kathleen and her staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of Bruges and the seaside.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful country setting of the hotel. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the location was great as it was close to several popular towns like Sluis, Knokke Heist, and Bruges, allowing for easy exploration. Another advantage was the exceptional breakfast offered at the hotel. It included a wide array of choices, with plenty of homemade and local products to choose from.

One aspect I didn't particularly like was that the rooms could be a little cold during the winter time. It would have been nice to have more heating options available.

The room can be a little cold during winter time and the soundproofing could be better as we could hear some noise from other rooms. having only a shower and no bath was slightly inconvenient.
